11,656 immigration leads, in two languages.
Immiwhere sells a new-category product — full immigration-route guidance to Canada — to two very different markets at once. We built the brand, the bilingual creative engine, and the funnel that captured the leads.

The Challenge
Where Immiwhere started
Immiwhere sells a new category — a full immigration-routes membership for people moving to Canada — to two very different audiences at once: an English-speaking market and a price-sensitive LATAM one. Demand had to be built from scratch, in both languages, with no recognizable brand to lean on.
What We Did
The RevUp Method, applied
Audit → Implement → Scale. We ran Immiwhere through the same 90-day framework we use with every client — grounded in data, not guesswork.
- 1 Built a bilingual creative engine — 24 branded ad creatives across English and LATAM Spanish, one consistent identity
- 2 Produced AI-avatar and UGC-style video to test angles fast, without a full production crew
- 3 Ran the funnel to a lead form and membership offer, feeding a Skool community and a VSL
- 4 Nurtured every lead through a multi-phase email flow to move sign-ups toward the paid membership

From bilingual ad to paying member
The Results
What changed
In roughly seven weeks the bilingual engine captured 11,656 immigration leads — 535 from the English funnel and 11,121 from LATAM — feeding a membership community and an email nurture flow built to convert them. A brand and demand system that didn't exist before, now running in two languages.
